I am a hard-working and dedicated IT Support Technician and Webmaster/Web Content Manager. I pride myself in showing integrity and honesty in all that I do. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have 9+ years experience in the technical support field supporting 9 software products in various versions of Windows (Windows 95 through Windows Vista), as well as Macintosh 9 & 10. I use Windows 7 64bit Professional daily, and have experience with 3 versions of the Linux operating system. I also have 5+ years doing internal IT support for a company staff of 20+, duties included setting up new workstations (as well as upgrading existing computers with various i/o devices), providing anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, support for various Microsoft office products, helping with network issues, and providing computer maintenance tasks. In the software support role, I obtained a 90%+ rate at solving issues on first contact.

A former colleague stated my tenacity for pursuing issues as being a ‘bulldog’. I don’t like to give up on issues, and pursue them until solved. As a former flight instructor, I have learned to verbally communicate with people from all walks of life, putting myself on their level to communicate effectively and then proceed to solve issues on a timely basis.

I have 9+ years of experience as a professional webmaster, and 15+ years experience maintaining a personal website. I also have experience with a personal e-commerce website and produced a site for the Museum of Flight at Boeing Field as a volunteer.

My professional experience included helping maintain an ecommerce website, using various ecommerce solutions.
